Steve McQueen, Born Again II, Montana, 1978 (Eyes Open)

Steve McQueen lazes against a fence post squinting at the camerawoman (Barbara). In the last few years of his life, Steve began to take an interest in religion and soon after became a born-again Christian. Despite an incredible fifty years on earth filled with fame, success and money, he never felt entirely at ease within himself. Once he started going to church and developed a relationship with God, he found that peace, and ultimately he passed away with a Bible upon his chest.
