Bob Dylan looks down the street at several children while in Liverpool, England. This was during his world tour of 1966, when he grew his hair out, wore custom tailored suits from Carnaby Street in the hip district of London (the fashion capitol of the pop world), and began incorporating amplified instruments into the second half of his sets.
