About the image
Barry Feinstein has shot the cover images for some of the most iconic rock and roll albums ever, and his graffiti-covered bathroom shot for the celebrated 1968 Stones LP "Beggars Banquet"  is no doubt the most infamous. The Stones chose this image for the cover, however it was rejected by the record label and replaced with a simple engraved invitation design. Feinstein's shot was restored to its rightful position of prominence in 1984, when the blues-rock classic was remastered for CD technology.
