Beat poets Michael McClure and Allen Ginsberg with Bob Dylan outside San Francisco's City Lights Bookstore in December of 1965.

"We had ten minutes with Dylan in the alley until people realized we were with Bob Dylan. A crowd began to form. Another man took out a camera. Allen admonished him, 'This is these guys' gig,' he told him pointing to Larry and me, 'not yours.' " - Dale Smith
