Four studio portraits of blues legend John Lee Hooker, known for his boogie-woogie piano style and the casual, rambling manner in which he sang. Commissioned by Guitar World Magazine to shoot a cover in 1992, these images were shot in Hooker's Redwood City, CA home.
Hooker was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1991. His most iconic songs include "Boogie Chillen" and "Boom Boom."
