Jack Bruce, Ginger Baker, and Eric Clapton of British rock supergroup Cream in the Sausalito Hotel stairwell, circa 1967. This is one of Cream's first photos taken in the United States.
A very similar image was used on the back cover of the Best of Cream compilation released in 1969. It was the first time American audiences got the studio version of “Spoonful” on vinyl and the album reached #3 on the US Billboard 200 album charts that summer.
