About the image
The “Cream” wearing their 1967 stage costumes and instruments created by the design collective, “The Fool,” who later were responsible for the Beatles Apple boutique fashions.

Karl was considered part of "The Fool" and did his liquid light shows with them in their famed studio at St. Stephens gardens, in London, where many happenings took place. These events were attended by London’s rock elite, including "The Beatles".
