Bob Dylan stands by a pier in New York City, circa 1983. This was the year Columbia Records released his 22nd studio album, Infidels. Produced by Mark Knopfler and Dylan himself, Infidels is seen as his return to secular music, following a conversion to Christianity and three evangelical, Gospel records.
