About the image
Sid Vicious - bass player for the Sex Pistols -  and his girlfriend, Nancy Spungen, in New York City. Although they were deeply in love, their often violent and rocky relationship - depicted in the film "Sid & Nancy" - had a disastrous effect on the Sex Pistols. Ultimately, Vicious was indicted on November 22, 1978, arrested and charged with Spungen's murder, and then on February 2, 1979, died himself of a heroin overdose.

COLLECTOR'S NOTE: Lynn Goldsmith only produces 20 original prints from any single negative so there is only one edition of 20 pieces for any of her photographs.
