Gram Parsons met The Rolling Stones while he was in the UK on tour with The Byrds in May of 1968. They hit it off and he became especially close with Keith Richards, spending a lot of time over the next few years with him discussing Country music.

Release Notes:
Michael Cooper passed away in 1973 leaving a massive personal and professional archive of negatives shot going back to the mid 1960s. Very few, if any photographs had been printed in a commercial fomat by that time, so there are no signed versions available for sale. 

The Michael Cooper Estate has released museum-quality limited editions in several sizes and made them available for collectors.
