Keith Richards and Mick Jagger take a break during the photosession that captured the famous "Eleven Hands" group portrait. The Rolling Stones were in the midst of a flurry of recording sessions for
Their Satanic Majesties Request
along with releasing various singles like "We Love You" and "Dandelion" and making music videos to coincide with them.
Release Notes:
Michael Cooper passed away in 1973 leaving a massive personal and professional archive of negatives shot going back to the mid 1960s. Very few, if any photographs had been printed in a commercial fomat by that time, so there are no signed versions available for sale.
The Michael Cooper Estate has released museum-quality limited editions in several sizes and made them available for collectors.
