Photographer Michael Cooper and Stones front man Mick Jagger at Olympic Studios in 1966. Cooper was Keith Richards' best friend and considered the house photographer for The Rolling Stones. He was responsible for shooting the cover of Their Satanic Majesties Request as well as The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.

The Rolling Stones recorded Between The Buttons at Olympic Studios in November and December of 1966.

Release Notes:
Michael Cooper passed away in 1973 leaving a massive personal and professional archive of negatives shot going back to the mid 1960s. Very few, if any photographs had been printed in a commercial fomat by that time, so there are no signed versions available for sale. 

The Michael Cooper Estate has released museum-quality limited editions in several sizes and made them available for collectors.
