James Dean on the set of Giant in 1955, shortly before his tragic death. Dean was the first actor to receive a posthumous Academy Award nomination for his role as family handyman Jett Rink.

Exhibition History:
Nearly two-dozen photographs from his archive were featured in our exhibition: Marilyn Monroe & James Dean “Forever Young”, February 2009.

Release Notes:
Richard C. Miller produced museum-quality signed photographs in several sizes as limited editions during his lifetime.

Collector's Notes:
When he passed away, he left a small archive of signed photographs, some of which may still be available.
