Tree of Rock, an original acrylic painting, was part of a series of three paintings based on rock formations in the ancient seabeds of Utah and Arizona. (The other two are Sentinels and Tsunami). Roger was intrigued by the massive scale of the rocks, as well as the interplay between earth and sky.
