Sad Guitar (Guitar After Braque), 2005

Painting
By Ronnie Wood
About the image
Two of Ronnie's earliest artistic influences were Georges Braque and Pablo Picasso, the originators of Cubism. This painting is a tribute to those early masters, fusing simplified abstract forms and two symbols of the Rock and Roll world: guitars and beautiful women.
