About the image
Brigitte Bardot captured looking pensive during a flight from Newark, NJ to Hollywood with musician and boyfriend Bob Zaguri for the Hollywood premiere of Viva Maria in December, 1965.  Bardot was interviewed on the plane, and following her arrival at a press conference, for the big event.

Brigitte Bardot's carefree, semi-naive sexuality allowed her to become one of the few European actresses to receive mass media attention in the United States. She starred in 48 films, most notably And "God Created Woman" and Jean-Luc Godard's critically acclaimed "Contempt".
