Hall of Famer Ted Williams of the Boston Red Sox, widely regarded as one of the greatest hitters in major league baseball history. "The Splendid Splinter," as he was often referred to, is the last player to bat over .400 in a single season (.406 in 1941).  

Release Notes:
This limited edition print was published in 2005. Each museum-quality artwork was hand titled, signed, and numbered by Stephen Holland shortly thereafter.

These canvas box-prints are printed to be hung as is or with a simple frame surround (with no glass). They measure about 1.5 inches deep and must be shipped flat.

Buyers will receive a certificate of authenticity detailing the limited edition following the delivery of the artwork.
