The Wolman/Rhoney Hand-Colored Series
Baron worked with artist Ann Rhoney to hand-color a selection of his iconic black-and-white photographs in a style that evokes the spirit of the particular subject. Baron then made a high-resolution scan of the image and released them as signed, limited edition archival pigment prints in multiple sizes.
Release Notes:
For most of his images, Baron Wolman offered signed limited edition photographs in the several sizes listed below. His black and white photographs were printed as silver gelatins, and his color photographs were C-prints. These were typically printed to order in New Mexico and then numbered, titled, and signed by him.
