Taken for a Rolling Stone Magazine cover story at their Belvedere Street Studio in the Haight-Ashbury district of San Francisco in July of 1969, this image was used on the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine Issue #40 in August of 1969.

Release Notes:
For most of his images, Baron Wolman offered signed limited edition photographs in the several sizes listed below. His black and white photographs were printed as silver gelatins, and his color photographs were C-prints. These were typically printed to order in New Mexico and then numbered, titled, and signed by him.

11" x 14" Sheet Size, as signed, limited editions of 150
16" x 20" Sheet Size, as signed, limited editions of 150
20" x 24" Sheet Size, as signed, limited editions of 75
30" x 40" Sheet Size, as signed, limited editions of 15

Collector's Notes:
Although he offered several sizes for each photograph, Baron's work was most often produced in the 11" x 14" and 16" x 20" sheet sizes.

When he passed, Baron Wolman left behind an archive of signed photographs that we are now offering in very limited supply for collectors.
