Humphrey Bogart on the set of the World War II drama The Caine Mutiny, directed by Edward Dmytryk and produced by Stanley Kramer.

Bogart was nominated for a Best Actor Academy Award for his portrayal of Lieutenant Commander Philip Francis Queeg in the film, although he lost that year to Marlon Brando for On the Waterfront.
