About the image
Steeped in atmosphere, this black and white landscape is from the historic Pink Floyd Animals  cover shoot taken at London's Battersea Power Station in early December 1976. On the second day of shooting the pink inflatable pig broke free of its moorings and rose into the flight path of Heathrow Airport.
