The Boss, Bruce Springsteen, on the promenade with the amusement park behind him in Asbury Park, New Jersey, circa September 1979. That same month Springsteen and the E Street Band joined the Musicians United for Safe Energy anti-nuclear power collective at Madison Square Garden for two nights of politically charged music, with Jackson Browne, Graham Nash, Bonnie Raitt, and John Hall being the key organizers of the event.

Joel Bernstein's black & white images are produced as exhibition quality, archivally processed, selenium-toned silver gelatin fiber-based photographs in the three smaller sizes. The 30" x 40" sheet size photographs are fine-art quality archival pigment prints printed on either Premium BC Vibrance Baryta or Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Baryta paper.
