Sitting on the steps of his trailer, James Dean talks to director George Stevens during the making of Giant, posthumously released in 1956.

Stevens was responsible for such classic films as A Place in the Sun, Shane, The Dairy of Anne Frank, and The Greatest Story Ever Told.

Exhibition History:
Nearly two-dozen photographs from his archive were featured in our exhibition: Marilyn Monroe & James Dean “Forever Young”, February 2009.

Release Notes:
Richard C. Miller produced museum-quality signed photographs in several sizes as limited editions during his lifetime.

Collector's Notes:
When he passed away, he left a small archive of signed photographs, some of which may still be available.
