The Rolling Stones on stage during a surprise concert at Sir Morgan’s Cove in 1981, their first time playing live in three years.
Nearing the end of a six-week stay at Long View Farm, a recording studio in North Brookfield, Massachusetts, the Stones were rehearsing songs for their upcoming world tour in support of Tattoo You, which featured the hit singles "Start Me Up" and "Waiting on a Friend."
